Founding Partner terms

These terms cover the Luna Founding Partner offer for pubs and restaurants. In short: it’s free until 31 March 2027, we never take card details for it, and nothing is ever charged unless you say yes.

1. Who can join

  1. The offer is for pubs, restaurants, hotels, wine bars and cafés in the UK that serve wine. You must run or manage the venue, or have its owner’s permission to sign it up.
  2. There are 20 places, numbered in the order venues sign up. We check every venue before confirming its place, and we may decline a venue, for example if we can’t confirm it is real and open. A declined venue’s place goes to the next sign-up.

2. What you get, free until 31 March 2027

  1. A monthly guest report on how Luna is used at your venue: totals only, never names or personal details. Every figure covers at least 20 households, so no guest can be identified. Your first report arrives on 1 February 2027.
  2. Best-Pairer lines for every dish on your menu, ready to print. They come from Luna’s scoring and your guests’ ratings. You can’t pay to change a pick, and neither can anyone else.
  3. A Wine List Check whenever your menu changes, up to once a month.
  4. A Partner listing in Luna and on lunasapps.ai, from December 2026.
  5. A Founding Partner badge to show on your menus, website and socials.

3. After 31 March 2027

  1. In March 2027 we’ll ask whether you’d like to stay on as a Partner for £9 a month. That price is fixed for 12 months from 1 April 2027.
  2. You only pay if you say yes and set up payment yourself. If you don’t reply, or say no, your venue goes back to the free kit and nothing is charged.
  3. If you do stay on, you can cancel at any time and the next month isn’t charged. New venues joining after the Founding Partners will pay £19 a month.

4. Your part

  1. Keep the details you give us accurate, and tell us if the venue closes or changes hands.
  2. When you use Luna’s materials, keep the alcohol rules: Luna is for over-18s, materials carry “Please drink responsibly”, and nothing should encourage anyone to drink more or link wine with driving or mood. Don’t use photos of anyone who is, or looks, under 25.

5. Leaving and changes

  1. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@lunasapps.ai. Your place then goes to another venue.
  2. We can end the Partner programme with 30 days’ notice. If we change these terms, we’ll email you first, and nothing changes for what you’re already getting until 31 March 2027.

6. Your details

We use your name, role, email and venue details only to run your Partner place and send your reports. Luna tips for pubs are only sent if you tick the box, and you can stop them at any time. See our privacy notice for the full detail.
